Won’t track sleep or heart rate after update

My versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep patterns on 2/13/20. The week prior to that it had some funny readings but my sleep was funky that week so i wasn’t concerned.   After the 13th it did not track my sleep at all...   I made sure it was charged, did a reset no effect.  I realized I did not have the latest upgrade so I upgraded it with no change.  Some  time went by I got busy didn’t pay it much mind.   Went to investigate it again realized another update was available downloaded it and restart.   Now. It won’t track my heart rate.  Any suggestions would be helpful the 3 main functions I use this for sleep tracking, steps and heart rate, now 2/3 don’t work

After talking with support they suggested a factory reset.   It did not solve the problem and they issued a replacement one and will be here in 5-7 business days

I am in the same boat.  Before I call, how do I do a factory reset?

On the watch go to settings- about- scroll down to bottom to factory reset. It will delete all your apps but it keep all my stats
