Won’t track sleep

So my Versa lite completely stopped tracking my sleep this week. I’ve tried everything. Making sure my watch was on nice and tight so it would get a good heart reading. I switched the sleep sensitivity to normal and back to sensitive a few times. And nothing. Any ideas? Thanks- all advice is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been on the live chat with them and having the same problem. They said it’s because there’s an update coming out?!

I was able to finally get mine to sync. I restarted my watch, turned Bluetooth off and on, tried syncing again and it worked.
