I shutdown my versa this morning as it was going slow, now it won’t turn on ive charged it nothing came up I’ve tried all the reset procedures but still nothing?

press and hold the left and bottom right buttons at the same time, until the fitbit icon pops up. That worked for me.

Shutdown my versa 2 yesterday and now if I hold the side button down it says that I need to download the app. Tried to bypass repeatedly and finally deleted the app and reloaded it . Still nothing...keeps insisting I have to download the app.
