My screen kept turning on and off for no reason even when my wrist was still. I restarted the watch and it continued to do it. I did a factory reset and now all I am getting is a black screen. I even left it in the charger for hours and nothing is still happening just a black screen.

Hi, contact Customer Support about your problem, seems th be a hardware issue.
