Won’t turn on after water got in

My Versa Lite was working just fine up until last night. I noticed it would turn on again, even after setting it to charge all night, it was warm to the touch when I took it off the charger. This morning when looking at it this morning I noticed condensation w

this is literally what happened to me a few days ago.... I had a shower, and the screen seemed to completely go out after (though I have versa, not versa lite) so I tried to charge it but 15 minutes later I checked on it to see if screen turned on which it had not, and it was super hot. 

I contacted support and they say they will send new one, you should do the same

I was playing in our inflatable pool with my son and at some point it went off. Did the same thing you had happen. Are they sending a brand new one or a refurbished one? Did you call or live chat?

I'm not sure if they will send new or refurbished one... that is good question. Also I have had mine for 11 months so it is still under the 1 year warranty... if it is older than a year I doubt they will replace it 😕

Mine is well under a year. It was my Christmas present. Thank you for your help. I’m work on getting in contact with them tomorrow. 😊👍
