Won’t turn on, not even when i go to charge it

I charged it earlier yesterday and wore it around i problem. Took it off yesterday evening to wash dishes and went to put it back on and nothing. Won’t restart or even turn on when i put it back in the charger...HELP! I’ve only had it since December 2018.

Hi, since your Versa also does not do anything when you put in in the charger, I would advice you to contact ASAP Customer Support.

mine did the same thing this morning---I went on customer support to chat---after a few minutes they said it was still under a limited warranty and sent me an email that I filled out and they are sending me a replacement---I live in fl--sister lives in ga and hers did the same this morning but hers came back to life at 10 am est--
