I received a Versa as a Father's day present from my wife what had one of her own.
About a wk ago I noticed the screen wouldn't turn on, so I charge it overnight thinking dead battery.
Next morning still wouldn't come on.
Found this forum today and tried 2 and 3 button restart but neither worked.
Is there anything else I can do? I emailed the support address as well and started a case, but thought I'd ask here as well.
While looking at the watch I noticed condensation under the sensor windows on the backside of the watch.
Life's busy with toddlers so I put it on my nightstand and several days went by. It looks like the condensation is gone now, but the watch won't charge or turn on. It gets warm after being in the charger for a while, bug won't turn on

I had same issue but started with excessive battery drain. I contacted Customer support and they helped, very easy to work with.
