I love my versa! But I woke up this morning and I wont turn on. I have tried all of the resetting options and nothing is working. I have emailed customer support and have not heard back yet. Any suggestions on how to get this going along faster? I NEED my versa back:)

If you bought it from Fitbit, call support on the phone.  They will make you reboot multiple times but in the end it will need to be replaced.

Many have had he same problem.

I sent customer support a video of me doing the factory reset and have not gotten a response yet. Any idea if calling them is faster?

I sent my broken versa back ten days ago and have yet to hear and update on when a replacement is being sent out. I was told yesterday that I would be receiving an email with in a few hours, and I didn't receive an email at all. I confirmed with UPS that Fitbit received my package 8 days ago. Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service? You would think they would want to get the replacement out right away after they confirmed the item was broken.

I used my Versa last night to run on the treadmill, no problems.  The battery was low after I was done so I charged it to 100% and put it on to go to sleep.  When I woke up this morning it was completely dead, doesn't respond to anything.  I contacted Fitbit support and tried all of their resets, no response from the Versa at all.  They gave me a shipping label to send it back and it is going to be 3-4 weeks to get a replacement.  My Versa is only 1 month old !!  I chatted with a supervisor and didn't get any further even though I showed him the posts in this forum where people had said that they were getting replacements sent out immediately for the same problem as mine.  I am very upset with Fitbit support as I have spent almost $2000 on trackers for myself and my family.  This is a known issue and 3-4 weeks to get a replacement is unacceptable !!!!

That sounds exactly like what mine did! No one at customer service is giving me any answers. I have always been a fitbit lover. But this customer service is making me want to switch to an apple watch
