Won't turn on!

My versa was acting weird for about a couple weeks. First it was having all these colorful lines then I would restart it and it would be fine. That happened twice then yesterday it just died even though it was half charged now it won't turn back on at all. I charged it all night I tried restarting it I tried pressing all 3 buttons together. Nothing help!

I have the same problem. This is my second fitbit versa. The first one had the same problem, i went back to the store were i bought it and got a new one. But the second one has died already. I don’t know what the do with it

Contact support if its under warranty they will send you a new one. They just will trouble shoot it with you over the phone. They will check your account to see last time it was synced and then.send an email with 2 options get the same one or get 50 percent off to upgrade
