Hey

my battery died yesterday

charged and now it won’t turn in . I’ve tried holding all three buttons to no avail

please help

No answer back from Fitbit no new watch because warranty was two days expired

Hi I have the same issue. Started 3 days ago my battery was draining quick. Today it was fully charged in the morning and died now won’t turn on.

Had a Versa, within a year I had to get a replacement.  Thank God it was under warranty.  Memorial Day 2020, my Versa completely  died. App said I had 40% battery life left.  Tried everything, called customer  service and was offered  a discount  on a new one.  Sadden, I left it on the charger  and tested it everyday....nothing.  Still black, no green lights in the back.  I ordered  another  tracker, not fitbit because  it was on sale.  Just last night, a week later, my Versa  magically  turns on when I accidentally  bumped my dresser.  Decisions  because  I  don't  know if the versa will  clonk out on me again or do keep the watch that is arriving  in  thea today🤔

Hi Davide,

My Versa won’t turn on. I did a reset and now I’m trying to set it up again. I get up to where it’s connecting with the tracker but I sit and wait for an hour an wont connect. Please help.

Update:

2nd Versa (versa lite) heart rate tracking stopped working after the 17 months mark. Contacted customer service and all they could offer is 35% off for the next purchase. 🤔 That’s two Versa within 3 years…with just gentle use. Maybe it’s time to opt in for Apple Watch instead, since it’s the same price anyways.
