Hi guys! I received an email notification yesterday that my Versa was low on battery. Placed it on the charger for the day and then couldn’t get it to turn back on after. Completely black screen and I can’t even get the Fitbit screen to come on after pushing the back and bottom button. Any advice?

Try a Restart  several times if necessary.
