My Fitbit versa kite died and I charged it all night. Still can get it to turn on. Then I cleaned the charger of and debris and let it “charge” a couple more hours. Screen is still black and not responsive to anything. Help! I only got it a couple months ago!

Snap!! Mine is just blank, no charge (although the app says it charged fully on its last charge). Nothing at all. I have tried holding all three buttons in too - nothing.

I chatted with fit bit and since mine is still under warranty they are sending me a new one. Mine did the same saying it was fully charged on the app.
