I have a Versa Lite it died yesterday on my way home from work and I put it on the charger when I got home. Now it will not turn on I have tried the 10 sec button press and nothing is working can someone help.

Hi @IrishWookie - it may have collected enough moisture in it to cause damage and run the battery down very quickly. Often you can see condensation, if it's that, in the back sensor window using a magnifying glass.

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately - also try a different power source.

Hello @Guy_ this is the second one is have had that has done this as far as not turning on the first one after I took it off the charger and put it back on my wrist would heat up and not turn on this one is just not turning on.
