Wont connect to bluetooth and /or wifi on my Samsung Note 5. I've deleted the app and rebooted my Versa, still wont connect.

I have a S10+. Since the beginning of this year. It doesn't calculate my sleep.  It shows I did even sleep the last 4 nights. Every night I make sure my Versa is synced to my phone via wifi and Bluetooth. And sometimes when I touch the versa to come on, its a black screen. It is always off a few hundred steps also.  Since the Versa updat last week, it has gotten worse. To bad I can't get my money back or exchange it. The versa is junk. Is there anyway I can exchange it or get my money back since its not working? I have the versa connected to my Bluetooth and my wifi. I see a lot of people complaining about the Versa. Not Good. Especially if  you don't help fix the issues or give exchanges or money back. Poor customer service. I just emailed customer service. You need to fix the issues or offer exchange

Hi @Negri66 , AFAIK the Samsung Note 5 is not in the list of by Fitbit supported devices, hence these problems.Regards kuzibri

My versa doesn't calculate my sleep accurately.  Or I will push the left button and it won't come on.

My Versa updated a couple of days ago. Now its worse than it was. Its not accurate at all. Not on steps or sleeping is really off. $150+ for a fitbit it should work or give money back.its horrible. If you have the app and go to it, it should let you know when there is an update available.  Mine is connected to my wifi also

And the Versa does NOT stay charged for 5 days like fitbit claims. I have turned off all notifications,  2 1/2 days later its down to 40%. Then I've even tried connecting to my wifi and it doesn't stay connected to that either. Junk 😞

It is bs.. mine stopped syncing with my Bluetooth. So i tried to connect it
via wifi, still nothing. It doesn't even calculate my sleep. I have a Versa
and an s10+. Its JUNK. I want my money back!! Every night before I go to
sleep, I sync it via Bluetooth to make sure its connected.. so when I wake
up it tells me to where by Versa to bed every night...DUH. I never take it
off except doing dishes and showers.. and when I turn my wrist or push the
left button, the screen is black. Why would I want to spend another $150
for a hunk of junk. I think we should all call them and complain.
