Wont hold charge for 12 hours

I have had my Versa for about a year and the battery has always lasted around 3 days, all of a sudden it wont hold charge for more than 12 hours.  I need to charge it by 6pm and then charge it overnight as it wont last the whole night without being charged.  What is going on?

Hi @AbcdJar,

 

It sounds like something is wrong with the battery.  You should contact Support right away and ask for a Battery Test.
