Worked with Charge HR but not Versa 2

I'm a disappointed that my ZTE Blade Max is not compatible with the Versa 2 for receiving phone call notifications. It worked fine with my Charge HR, so I went ahead and bought the Versa 2. Hopefully they'll update it in the near future and include more devices. Anyone with problems with a ZTE phone too?

Hi @FloridaRedSox,

 

Just a thought: is your Fitbit app running in the background when you want to receive notifications?  If not, it needs to be.  I found this out quite a few times when I forgot to have it running in the background and then wondered why I wasn't getting those notifications.
