Workout not logged properly, Versa or app?

Alright, I'm really confused here. My phone is an iPhone 7 running the most current IOS.
This is a breakdown of my workout today.
Walk to gym = 15.28 min = 1,607 cal
Treadmill = 61.58 min = 5,230 cal
Treadmill = 37.42 min = 811 cal?????  (Yet if I go to this exercise's summary it says 2,513 cals and 0 minutes)
Walk home = 17.16 min = 1,660 cal
Total min = 131.44
Yet on my Dashboard and Versa it says 93 minutes

I don't get what is going on here, is it the Versa or the app? Things just don't add up 😞
Has anyone else seen their logs messed up? Is there any way to fix it? I've lost over 2,000 steps and 37 minutes, which also means my calorie burns are wrong too 😞 😞 😞

Hi @RoseLaPierre,

It sounds like the Versa maybe? Try a restart using the instructions below, and let us know if that fixes it.

As to the 93 minutes, are those listed under Active Minutes?

Not sure what the answer is. What does your heart rate show as? Those calories are ridiculously off. You'd be burning 10,000 calories in a couple hours at that rate. Not happening.

The 800 calories in 37 minutes on the treadmill is the closest to being realistic, but still seems a bit high.

My guess is your heart rate is way off and you're getting unrealistic calorie burns for one.

My guess is that the heart rate was too low for the Versa to pick it up as exercise.
