After purchasing the Fitbit Versa with the lavendar woven band, I was disappointed to find out the quality of the band did not reach my expectations. When shopping for the product, it does not warn you that the woven band should not be worn during fitness activities. I did not discover this until looking under the "wear and care" part of the Fitbit site where it states, "They are not intended to be worn during high-intensity workouts..."
It made me furious that I spent the extra money on the woven band to learn later that it should not be worn during fitness activities! This is a fitness tracker and if any part of the product is not intended for fitness, it needs to be better advertised so that others do not fall victim to my mistake.
They do send a classic band with the tracker to use for workouts, but of course mine does not fit and I am working on getting a replacement.
This will be my last fitbit.

I had the same issues. Customer service also told me that you can't wear it while you sleep. What in the world is the point of a tracker that I have to switch bands on for any sort of fitness activities and before bed?

To be honest I think your expectations were maybe a little high if you thought a woven band would stay dry and clean when you sweat a lot.

I don't think the expectation on wearing it to sleep without it pilling up and falling apart is a high expectation. A few weeks of wearing it at an office job and sleeping with it and the band looked so awful I was unable to wear it anymore. CS refused to replace it because it is not intended for sleeping. If the intention was to quickly swap bands, they should have designed it so the swap was actually user friendly.
