Woven knit stretching too much

I'm having problems with the pink and white woven knit. When I first wore it, I adjusted it into the middle. Over the weeks, I've had to adjust it everyday. I'm now at the tightest to adjust and it's still loose. How can this be fixed?  Is there a way to shrink it?

@Hollyd34 I have a purple woven band and I did not observe such issue. Did you perhaps used it while swimming? I'm wondering what could be the reason. Would you happen to have a pic?
