Wrist catches the buttons and pauses during workout

 Hi All

Is there any way to stop the buttons on the side pausing a workout when they are pressed?

I go to the gym 3 times a week and do a variety of stuff (HIIT and strength classes) and my wrist is forever pausing my workouts when I do push ups, burpees etc. so I have to start it again and my instructor yells at me a) for stopping and b) thinks I am just fiddling with my watch!

Ive even bought a velcro strap to try and secure it tighter so I dont have that issue but its still happening and its really annoying! Other than that I love it!

Thanks y'all

Catherine

Wear it on your other wrist. There's still a button there but it only cycles through your stats.

Same problem here!!! Need an option to disable the side function buttons, at least during exercise, but I’d be fine disabling them completely.

I got a clear protective cover from Amazon.  Works like a charm.  Only issue is when you have to charge the Versa, you have to take the strap off so it sits correctly in the charger

Same has been happening with me. So today before my workout, I took the watch off and turned it upside down so that it is on the same wrist and it worked well. This is a little bit of a hassle because it's not as easy to see my heartrate and such during the workout. I've decided to order a protective clear cover on Amazon for $8.99. Worth a shot.

I got the protective case as well. That has done the trick, but it gets a little cloudy because I sweat like a pig. 😉

Has anyone used the SUPCASE watchband/protector?  Does it prevent inadvertent pausing during workouts?
