Hi Everyone,
My girlfriend has dropped my Fitbit Versa on the floor and the metal tab to unfasten the wristband has broken off. I didn't really care but now the wristband itself is worn down and I can't unfasten it anymore because there is no way to get the metal pin out without the metal tab to click it out...

Anybody has had a similar problem and a possible solution?
Thank you in advance!
Tom

Hi @highcontrast, welcome to the community.
Have you maybe tried using a pin and some needle nosed tweezers? You may have to try and manipulate and turn the metel securing pin until you can see the hole where the tab secures into. Hopefully then you can put the pin into the hole and use that to pull it back and release it.

Hi @N8teGee
It took a lot of effort, but cutting off the band with a stanley knive and then poking into it with tweezers to clear the skin to the metal bar revealed a small hole. I then used an iPhone pin to unlock the band.
Thanks a lot for the suggestion 🙂
