I went on a run this morning with a goal of 4 miles. My Versa said it was connected when I started running. Finished my run at the 4th mile marker on the trail, and my Versa says I only ran 3.09 miles. I can't figure out why there would be such a huge discrepancy, especially if my Versa was connected. Any solutions?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa didn't register your distance correctly. Thank you for the information provided.

 

In order to resolve difficulties with GPS we recommend following the instructions on this article. In addition, please verify if your cellphone is part of the list of compatible devices.
