Dears

i bought Fitbit versa two week ago but the heart rate always give wrong data i wear it next to my Fitbit hr charge 2, while am eating the versa shows that my heart rate is 119 while charge show am 80 it’s a big difference!!! I tried to restart it many time but it alway show unrealistic heart rate like last day am at work moving my heart rate is 78 !?!  And I even compared it with treadmill heart rate on the treadmill walking my heart rate is 105 while on versa it’s around 125 

 

any solutions!?!

Return it. Contact Fitbit to return or hopefully you bought locally and can get your money back.
