My watch is set up for 12 hours of 250 steps. The watch count is always right but in the app it shows the wrong amount of hours. On the watch, I get my 12 hours 99% of the time. But the app shows I get less hours 70% of the time. I’ll get 12 and the app will show 8, or some random number. Is anyone experiencing this, and is there a fix?

@Yrrag Hi, I also use this feature.  It has happened before where the app shows I missed a few hours, watch shows all 12 hours.  

I have often times restarted the watch. Hold the side button for 10 seconds until the fitbit logo appears.  Hope this helps. 

I'm not sure if anyone can answer questions.  I'm new to the forums. I have a Versa Lite. What do you have?

Or try logging out of the fitbit app, logging back in.
