I am about to buy a Fitbit Versa as I am very happy with the watch itself, but please could you make an XL band too?
So far I have had to spend c. £70 trying to find an XL strap to fit and also spent hours scouring Amazon UK and the Net looking for something appropriate for my XL wrist. None too chuffed. Fitbit, please take note and make XL straps to fit the bigger person.

Fitbit must be missing so many sales. I have stopped looking at them and am reviewing alternative watches.

This sucks. My husband has a 9 1/2 inch wrist so this seems to mean he can’t use fitbit?? I just bought him one but guess we have to return it?!

Fitbit responses are garbage and lies. There are hundreds of thousands of us who have a large bone structure. I have little to no fat on my wrists and your so called large bands are WAY too small to fit my wrist without cutting off circulation. Get on the ball and make the XL bands!

The comment “NOTE: For Fitbit Versa, the small band fits most customers”
Can you please explain the facts upon which this is based because looking at the comments this issue has raised I beg to differ.
I personally have very boney wrists but still they measure 9” inches and I’m possibly not the only male with such
lucky for me I got my versa on a popular selling site at a very good price so not too much out of pocket as I’ve decided to go to another brand because at least they don’t pigeonhole customers and decide anyone who needs an XL strap is outside our customer focus
goodbye Fitbit

I agree with you entirely. I struggle to find a good quality extra large band. Many do not even give a measurement and only refer to S/M/L.
I found the reply by AlejandraFitbit very condescending and arrogant. That is one sure way to lose customers.
