Hi @Wentoh Unfortunately I dont see your phone on the Supported Devices List   which is probably the reason you are not getting notifications. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

I would also look at this doc, which has special instructions for android users.
