Hi all!

 

I'm new to this forums and I was wondering if some people could help me out.

I have a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro smartphone and bought a Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch today but I have one major problem.

 

The Fitbit App is unable to sent notifications to my fitbit versa 2 while my smartphone just shows the notifications. 

I tried everything on the Fitbit website and nothing works...

Anyone else has this problem?

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.
