Yay!..oh wait spoke too soon!

4 days ago really excited as it seemed I fixed my sleep tracking (since I've had my versa 2 it hasn't recorded sleep at all) but 4 days ago after resetting for the hundredth time it started to track sleep all good until woke Thursday morning synced checked no sleep stats the same again for the past 3 nights no sleep score at all

I've tried all the so called trouble shooting

I've reset I've factory reset I've updated Fitbit app I've toggled sleep on and off I've toggled Bluetooth on and off I've worn it tighter I've worn it looser I've cajoled it I've shouted at it...nothing

Heart rate and active minutes are fine 

I know I'm not the only one with this issue...is Fitbit doing anything about this?...I mean this is a brand new supposedly upgraded version

I have contacted them they've just asked me to go through all the trouble shooting steps that I've already done
