Yellow envelope on dog home screen

Just got versa and put the dog one has home screen but yellow envelope has come up instead of the dog and when I tap into it, it comes up a picture of the dog and a bubble cloud with his treats in how do I get the dog back on the screen please

The dog is a lot of work. You have to exersize to make it happy. When it is happy it should come out of the house.

When I had it, I had to run for a long time. Then it vibrated a the dog came out, then I played with it.
