Yesterday the screen, today the device

Started having problems with an unresponsive screen yesterday, and today the Fitbit is completely unresponsive--no notification vibrations, no syncing, and no restarting--absolutely nothing. What now? I've had it for 9 mos without problems. It was fully charged yesterday.

Having the same issue as you. Last sync was at 11am with 68% battery. Now I go on my lunch walk and it’s not synced and will not reset.

I called customer service, and after I completed a couple easy assignments like cleaning the charging points with rubbing alcohol and pushing the back and lower right buttons for 18 seconds, I was sent a link to request a replacement or 50% off a new device. They seem to be accustomed to dealing with whatever this issue is. Hope the new/refurbished one lasts longer than this one did.
