ZONE minutes. I have them?

I was told today by someone that I should not have zone minutes yet... But I have had them since I got my versa 2 which I ordered during the fathers day sale. Am I not supposed to have this? Cause I do and I am worried that maybe it is a glitch? I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to lose it?
