Zero battery life on Versa

I just got my Versa this week and have been EXTREMELY disappointed in the battery life. It’s not even lasting two days of wear with no exercise tracking to really even messing with it. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Have you installed any 3rd party apps or watch faces that could be eating the battery? If so you could try removing them and monitoring your battery life after that. If you are still unhappy with battery life, I would recommend contacting Fitbit support. Less then two days of battery life isn't normal behaviour.

Hi ,

I am sorry to hear that , I am surprised about this issue though.

I've been using versa since official release date (16th April) and I am very happy with battery life. I charge it every ~4 days and use apps, HR tracker, exercise mode each day. It was recently charged on the 11th May and still have 49% battery left (14th May today).

Hope you will sort out your issue asap.

It looks like a common problem. Mine cannot last 12hrs. Completely flat. I just sent it back to amazon for a refund. In my 10 years of shopping online on amazon this is the only item I have ever returned.
