Zone Mina constantly inaccurate

Since the update in august I’ve been having serious issues with my Fitbit correctly tracking my heart rate. I’m working out for an hour/ hour and a half every day and some days I only get 17 zone minutes!!!! This is ridiculous, is there any way to revert BACK to active minutes?

I stopped paying attention to the zone minutes, because as you said, there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, and it’s largely irrelevant.  The real concern is the wildly inaccurate sensing of heart rate.  I use my Fitbit religiously to track my calories, and that depends 100% on an accurate heart rate reading.  My Versa 1 was fantastic, but then I broke it.  I spent $200 on this Versa 2, and had it replaced already for the same issue; faulty heart rate readings.  Pay attention during your workouts; watch your heart rate.  Mine will show my HR at 80 when I’m giving it hard, so I take it off, wait, put it back on, and it jumps to 135.  Half the time I look and it’s not even reading.  To say I’m disappointed in the Versa 2 would be an understatement.  I used to be a salesperson for the Versa 1, figuratively speaking, but now I wouldn’t recommend the Versa 2 to anyone.
