Zone Minutes not taking my Custom Heart Rate into account

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

With the new firmware update, I now see the "zone minutes" feature, but the calculation does not take into account my custom heart rates that I've added.

Is this correct? If so, the feature doesn't do me (or anyone else with custom heart rates) any good.

@annewq   If you tap on your profile picture, then scroll down to Heart Health, you will see your Heart Rate Zones.  The left should show your custom zone and the right will show your fat burn, cardio, and peak zones.  The purpose of your custom zone is to guide your training -- that description comes directly from the app.  It has nothing to do with your fat burn/cardio/peak zone, as they still exist.  There are default settings that inform you with a vibration when you are in fat burn, cardio, etc.  Your custom zone settings override those default settings and vibrate only with your custom settings.

Please get back to us if your experience is different from what Fitbit says it should be.
