When i exercise, the “zone minutes” creates a heart rate spike in the middle of the night…which isn’t happening on the heart rate tracker and which isn’t there UNTIL a period of exercise occurs during the day. It happens the same time at night and only under the cardio part of zone minutes. I assume this an algorithm to calculate extra zone minutes for cardio but it is misleading and frustrating. I complained about this over a year ago, and it still isn’t resolved. When will it be addressed??

Yes!!! This is happening to me and it’s really irritating - bumping this up (hopefully) to get some attention and a fix!!!

I also have this issue and it causes me a fair amount of stress as i worry that I’m having spikes in the night. I need an accurate heart rate monitor, especially since I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation in September. I purposefully upgraded to the Sense for the heart rate monitoring features. Maybe it’s time to switch to an Apple Watch 😞
