My Versa 2 broke a few days ago, and customer support sent me a replacement (same model) which I have received yesterday and I connected it to my Fitbit app. One thing I noticed is that Active Zone minutes have disappeared completely, and the only option is for me to track active minutes (which does not take into account heart rate / fat burn and cardio zones). I tried deleting the app, restarting my Fitbit, restarting my phone etc. I was loving the active zone minute feature and I’m not sure what’s going on! Also my Fitbit is up to date with the latest version. Any help is appreciated 🙂

In the Fitbit App there is an Edit button [top right] where you can Add tiles and move data around.
You may need also to logout of the Fitbit App and back in.
If you are referring to information in the Today section on your watch did you scroll to the bottom and tap on Settings to configure it?
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support again in the case the watch they sent you was not properly configured or is faulty. They may be able to help you.

Thanks for your response! If I click the edit button, it doesn't appear as an option, and I think it may have to do with how the watch was configured as you suggested. I'll contact the support team again, thank you for your help!
