Zone minutes have deleted after update

I brought a Versa 2, 2 days ago and it’s great!!!! However it asked me to update which I did and it deleted all my zone minutes??? I’ve tried resetting but nothing, please help

( happened on my charge 4 so I brought this one and now it’s done the same ) help!

It sounds like your other stats were not deleted, such as steps, right?  If so, I expect it's just a display issue and your zone minutes are saved and will show in history.  Wait until tomorrow and check history.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This also happened to me, the software update has deleted all historical zone minutes and replaced everything with 100% below zones even when you can clearly see the exercise and heart rate when clicking into it.
So annoying! deleting the Zone minutes icon from the home screen and reinstalling didn't help either
