Zone minutes more than exercise minutes

I played badminton for 1 hour and it says my active zone minutes was 120 minutes. I’m confused?

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?  or just tap Zone Minutes on phone app.

You will se that you get double minutes for being in Cardio or Peak zones.  More credit for higher intensity.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
