Versus 2 Zone minutes showing is 0 after cardio workout this happened after updating Fitbit

Hello @Tracky22 

 

Check to make sure your heart rate wasn’t accidentally disabled. Just swipe left on your clock face on your Versa 2 until you reach the settings (gear wheel) Tap settings then scroll down to heart rate. 

Is your heart rate off? If so enable it back on then sync your Versa 2. If your heart rate was already on try turning if off, sync your Versa 2, turn your heart rate back on and sync again.
