active minutes and hours

hello i just got my versa 3 in replace of my old charge 3 today but i have an issue that it doesnt calculate my active minutes or my active standing hours even on the web page my active minutes since i joined fitbit community 5 years ago are become only zero so what should i do

I never heard of 'active standing hours'.

 

Versa 3 tracks '(Active) Zone Minutes' instead of 'Active Minutes'.  See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?   But it probably takes a few days to get a firmware update for that to take effect.

 

If it looks like you historic data is missing, make sure you didn't create a new fitbit account with a different email/fitbit id.  When you change trackers, you should stay logged in the same account, 'Set Up a Device', and say you are replacing the previous device.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

thank you for your reply i discovered that the problem not in the watch its in my fitbit account it show every thing every data for all the past years but not the active minutes its all in zero iand the same problem is in calculating the steps per hour for exaple on my watch i had 4 hours out of 12 but in the fitbit app its zero

Hi @Ayman871 - try logout of the app on your phone, clear storage cache and force stop it on Android or swipe app off.

Login and go to the home screen without closing the App and click on the sync popup to make sure it reconnects then pull down and sync.

Thanks for the reply i tried logging out clearing the cash of the watch sign in again but nothing happened still sync everything except active minutes and the active hours I don’t know where the problem is but i am sure it has something with the dashboard in the account itself because i tried to sign in from my pc and from different devices to the fitbit account but still zero history active minutes
