band repairs Brisbane

My band broke. I tried replacing it with the larger size, but it wouldn't attach. Went to a watch repairer who also had no luck. It seems ridiculous that I can't use the watch (which still works) all because the band won't attach. Yes, I've watched the videos etc, but to no avail. I don't want to buy a new band in case it doesn't attach either and I've wasted more money.

Does anyone know anywhere in Brisbane I can get it fixed?

Fitbit don't have repair centres but it might be worth contacting customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
