Last Wednesday, I charged my fitbit 100% and i wore it all day

I usually used fitbit versa about 4-5 days. But on that day, I saw the battery down to 40% after a day then I checked it I see the sensor light not stopping

I did not know what happening then i did factory reset

And my fitbit was off from that time. I try to turn it on but impossible

Sometimes, it notice battery 0% and off. I put it the charge about 2 hours but nothing happen.

Battery is still 0%. It seems the fitbit is not charging

Is battery damaged ?

I wrote email to you but it said i should ask here. Please help me. Thank you so much

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

Hi @pyro108  where do you live? Might be an easier way for you to contact support.
