battery is fully charged but the watch face screen remains black--

The battery is fully charged in my fitbit Versa but the screen remains black. The data is syncing with the APP on my iPhone as my data was visible after my exercise on my phone--but I need to be able to use the screen!!

Any help?? suggestions??

Try restarting the Versa several times by holding theleft and bottom right buttons in for 15 seconds. It should vibrate to tell you it has restarted. If the screen doesnt come on you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
