my versa was working, took it off to provide care to a patient and who I put it back on, screen is black, not responding to any buttons being pressed. have tried to hold back and Botton buttons to restart, but not working. I have connected it to pc and changed the clock face but still nothing, but still vibrates.
please help this was a replacement for my first versa that wouldn't work! don't want to end up with a second one not working

I am having the same problem. I am on my 2nd one too. They sent me a new one because the original died l. Now the replacement is having issues.
Called fitbit and they said it is out of warranty but they would give me 25% off a new one.
I will not give them another dime. Two watches die in less than 2 years. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have the same problem. Just black screen!
not even any buttons are working. This my second one. I think Fitbit is the waste of money. First one’s charging pin was broke.

Ive just been on live chat and been given a replacement of version I have or 50% off new Fitbit. I’m still within warranty as mine was replaced last May.
