I am new to the Fitbit world.
Is it supposed to show in the bluetooth "pair devices" that it is connected to phone? It shows up in the list as it is paired, but does not connect.
So I don't get any messages sent to my Versa. I have tried all kinds of suggestions on here but nothing seems to work.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9

I have the same issue on an iPhone 6s. The Versa shows as connected in Settings/Bluetooth but will not sync. Attempting to force a sync from the Fitbit app on the iPhone the Versa cannot be found.
