@SunsetRunner any error messages? what's your phone model, OS and Fitbit firmware version? Some 3rd party clockfaces are not compatible with the latest versa firmware. They need to be updated by their developers. Are you able to install one of Fitbit original clockfaces? Finally, is your versa syncing without issues?

Hi, thanks for your replay. Finally I did it, it was weird, took me hours to install the clock face, I was trying to get a different face. Anyway, it’s working now.
