@SunsetRunner any error messages? what's your phone model, OS and Fitbit firmware version? Some 3rd party clockfaces are not compatible with the latest versa firmware. They need to be updated by their developers. Are you able to install one of Fitbit original clockfaces? Finally, is your versa syncing without issues?
