HELP, I have gone since September without my Fitbit. Grrr, now I just got a new one in the mail, and it won't connect with my phone. I have deleted the old fitbit app and tried to connect with a new app. It's telling me I already exist, of course, and I am losing my mind trying to get it on my phone. Suggestions please.

@baygirl0913 You don't need to delete the app or try to make a new account. You go in the app settings and remove the old device, then add the new one.
