music constantly jumps and skips when listening to downloaded favorites from Deezer account, not streaming. the quality and connection issues renders it unusable.
yes I have restarted it
yes I have resynced it
yes I have removed music and force sync reinstalled
Sennheiser Bluetooth headphones work perfectly with all my other devices
standard Fitbit clock face installed, no changes
no other apps installed
memory usage very low (40 songs)
looking at forums this seems to be a common problem for several years that Fitbit moderators are not particularly helpful in resolving
Conly had it a week and considering getting rid of it and buying a proper device like a n apple watch.
what is the community thoughts ?

HI @BikerdanH - it seems odd that it doesn't work but as you can get a refund within 30 days, [45 days from Fitbit] and Fitbit are trying to phase out music, it may be better to have a watch that fully supports music so you can load what ever music want and play it without an issue.

nothing odd about it, sadly this forum is riddled with similar complaints!!
Unfortunately for me I purchased it as a used item thinking it would just work as advertised - I was wrong, so no refund for me !!
