clock wrong time. 12 hours 10mins out since charging

my watch hasn't had the correct time since it's last charging two days ago. have tried recharging and syncing however no change. it gives steps reminders whilst sleeping and is currently showing 03.19 when it's actually 15.12pm

That sounds really annoying! Try restarting the Versa several times, then sync again and if if the time comes good. If it doesnt then in you ayy go to your account (id card icon) and check the time zone setting is correct. If it is not, correct it an sync. If it is correct, change it to something else, sync your tracker, log out of the app and restart your phone. Log back into the app and go back to time zone and set it to auto (or the correct time zone) and sync several times. Let us know how you go.
