Hi @jettwo, good to see you in the community.

 

Try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair the Versa from there, then go back into the Fitbit app on your phone and proceed to set it up again. Hopefully that will clear the message.

I had 2 year garentee plan so took it back they gave me a new one
